Facilitator:
Ying Deng is a certified mindfulness teacher in training with the renowned meditation teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. Ying provided ADHD Coaching in English and Mandarin 普通话, as a certified transformation life coach, and has training in Positive Psychology. Before Ying even realized she had ADHD, she managed to somehow trick her brain into meditating every single day for 500+ days. Throughout that process, Ying discovered many useful techniques that could make meditation more accessible, enjoyable, and fun for ADHD brains.
