Who is my ADHD Coaching for?
While I work with everyone, a lot of the ADHD coaching clients who gravitate towards working with me have been Asian, BIPOC, immigrants, and adults with late ADHD diagnoses.

- Blend insights from diverse fields—including ADHD expertise, lived ADHD experience, mindfulness, positive psychology, scientific tools for behavior design, goal setting and habit building, tarot, and astrology—for a uniquely holistic and personalized coaching experience.
- After your first four coaching sessions, we can adjust the check-in frequency to fit your needs and preferences.
- I take on a limited number of sliding-scale clients. For this package, pay what aligns with your means within the range of $320 and $415. Paypal pay in 4 option is also available during the checkout flow.
- I believe access to coaching and personal developmentt should not be limited by financial constraints, so I take on a limited number of sliding-scale clients each month. This allows me to offer my services at a more accessible rate to those committed to their personal growth but facing financial barriers. I apply the sliding scale with integrity, ensuring fairness to both the client and myself. It’s important to me to make coaching accessible to underserved communities, including BIPOC individuals, and those who may face systemic barriers in accessing personal development resources while maintaining a sustainable practice that honors the value of the work we do together.
